ReplyDeleteWell thought out and very detailed. I really like the idea of the guild to encourage continued participation with your efforts. Not only is this an action research project, you are plannining thoughtfully for future work. However, perhaps that step (participation of the students in the program )comes as a result of your findings????I wrestle with the same issues.
I like how your project really takes a long view of things. Following students after they have left your program will help you to know if the success your students experience is long term or just temporary.
ReplyDeletePlease comment on my plan if you can, my blog address is http://tammysactionresearch.blogspot.com
Caroline - you have a well thought out action plan that I can foresee being a great benefit for the college especially the gaming department. Gaming is not anything that I have experience in but I sure would love to attend your lecture series. I look forward to hearing of your success over the next year. The college is very fortunate to have you!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your action plan. I appreciate your efforts to seek out information from past students. I am wondering if you are going to face a challenge in keeping your September deadlines. The first month of school tends to be very hectic. I'm hoping that you aren't overwhelmed by your research and the beginning of the school year activities.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Sharon L.- I would love to take your classes so that I could share the information with my older students and my sons!
